We use computer-aided design and drafting software to develop drawings and plans for your proposed Extension, Conversion or Listed Building Development. These technical drawings are used by Architects, Contractors, Surveyors and Engineers.

Planning & Building Regulation Applications

Submission of Planning & Building Regulation Applications dealing with the appearance of a proposal, technical & constructional details confirming the effect it has on neighbouring properties, the general environment including Health and Safety in and around buildings.

With over 20 years experience in Planning & Building Regulations, Colneside Building Design Consultancy has been established by Barry Cunningham FdSc Bsc (Hons) ACABE.

We have designed, submitted and been awarded consent for numerous schemes throughout the Residential and Commercial sectors.

With the use of computer aided drawings we continue to fulfil our Clients building design needs.

Barry Cunningham is an associate member with the Chartered Association of Building Engineers.

Beginning his career with Harrow Council Building Control he worked as a District Surveyor prior to forming BCConsultants in 2011. To expand, Colneside Building Design Consultancy was established.
